Quality Policy

The Company’s Quality Policy referring to its activities is governed by ELT EN ISO 9001:2000 standard intending to a full compliance with the requirements on the quality, as the latter are described by the requirements of the customers and the existing regulations.;

The company’s Quality System offers a framework for carrying out an organized and objective –driven continuous improvement of the quality as per all the activities of the company and by all its employees.

The main axes to which the company is based for the accomplishment of its objectives are the following

• A satisfaction of its clients through the definition of both their needs and requirements covering them in all stages of the manufacturing and delivery of the product.
• A high performance of the productive systems and operational procedures of the business through a continuous upgrading of the technical equipment, an active participation of the parties during the production procedure and a continuous improvement referring to the running of the company
• A development of long-term cooperation relations with both the suppliers and sub-contractors.

The company undertakes to establish objectives related to the quality intending to a continuous improvement of quality System effectiveness. All objectives are reviewed together with the Quality Policy referring to their appropriateness on an at least annual basis.

The operation of the quality system is totally supported by the Company’ Management which is committed to a continuous improvement of the system and it is responsible for its effectiveness.
